Making your home shine through a virtual tour
Professional photographers will take interior, exterior and drone photos, which will be used to create a high-definition, 360° virtual tour that will make your home shine. The tour will be embedded on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and populated to over 40 real estate internet sites. This allows potential buyers and participating realtors to view your property online 24/7.
Getting your home great exposure through advertising
“Just Listed” postcards will be mailed to surrounding neighborhoods, and open house invitations will be circulated (with your approval). We will also design an attractive brochure featuring all property information and floor plan configuration for buyers to read while viewing the property. This brochure is for you to keep or to give to the new owner when the home sells. Brochures will be posted on transparent flyer boxes attached to attractive double-posted yard signs, so that potential buyers driving by will be enticed to stop and pick up one of these appealing pieces.

Your home needs to have stellar curb appeal in order to draw in buyers and command top dollar at closing. That’s why our marketing professionals will guide you and provide a home makeover presentation certain to get you the highest price in the shortest amount of time. There are many ways to present your home in the best possible light, including: staging, downsizing service, repairs, cosmetic renovations, carpet cleaning, landscaping, interior or exterior painting, pest control, electrical work, HVAC, bathroom improvements, custom closet work, fencing, plumbing repair and more. Safety, security and follow-up
To put your mind at ease and keep an accurate record of your home’s viewings, we install computerized lockboxes with codes. You and your realtor will know exactly who entered the premises and when they were there, 24 hours a day. We will also provide excellent follow-up after each showing, so that we can address any feedback from potential buyers. If no contract is submitted within the first month, we will evaluate our marketing procedures and make adjustments until your home sells!
