Independent Living Review

We have lived at The Forum at Rancho San Antonio in Independent Living for 12 years, and moving here is one of the best decisions we ever made. All of the staff and the services provided are outstanding, plus it is a bargain compared to other retirement communities in the area. The big difference is that we are resident owned, and we elect our Board of Directors who then approve the budget and set the policies for management. Additionally we have many resident committees (such as the Food, Technical and Health Issues Committees) that provide feedback to management to help ensure that staff and services continue to be outstanding.

My wife and I want to congratulate you for the excellent care that The Forum Health Care Center provides. I received superb care (provided by all the staff and administration, nurses, physical/occupational therapists) so that I was deemed able to return to my apartment...I want to extend accolades to all the staff at the Health Care Center who extended to me truly expert and kind care and close attention. We feel that it is imperative for us to tell all Forum residents what a special place the Health Care Center is. We are so very lucky to be Forum residents at this stage in our lives.

The Forum Skilled Nursing Review

My wife was admitted to the Forum Health Care Center for rehabilitation for her battle with cancer. The family chose this facility because of its excellent reputation. A personal review of several other skilled care centers in the region also was a factor in our decision.

We were comforted by the skilled, attentive, and professional care she received. On numerous occasions we were able to inform other family members and friends that the one positive aspect of her disease was the clean, professional, cheerful, and caring facility in which she was receiving care.

Each and every member of the Skilled Care Center staff should be equally praised of their attentiveness and loving care. It was heart warming to be greeted with smiles, a cheerful “hello” and a willing helping hand. Please accept our thanks and grateful appreciation.

Care at the Health Care Center Review

We feel so extremely blessed to have had the best and kindest care for my sister at the Forum’s Health Care Center. From our first tour of the cheerful and clean facility (and we had researched other facilities) to the kind, efficient and smooth admission process, we felt the staff had her best interest at heart. The care and support provided by every single staff member as well as the various therapists were amazing.

Skilled Nursing Staff Review

Thank you so much for all you did during the past two years to encourage my mother and to make her safe and comfortable. In spite of all the difficulties, you were consistently professional and kind and always showed a sincere desire to ease her discomfort.

Although the work you do is extremely difficult and often under-appreciated, there is hardly any job that is more important to the quality of life of your elderly patients and their families.

In my case, I appreciate more than words can express all you did for my mom and the peace of mind I had knowing she was being well cared for.
