Health Care Center

The Health Care Center is conveniently located right on the grounds at The Forum and offers assisted living, skilled nursing and supplementary health services such as rehabilitation services. Residents who are recovering from short-term illnesses or recuperating from surgery receive temporary care at the Health Center. The Health Center also provides long-term care for residents with permanent physical disabilities or severe memory problems.

In an elegant setting, with stylish, yet comfortable accommodations, the Health Care Center offers private dining rooms for both assisted living and skilled nursing, dining services with three meals a day, a full activities program, scheduled transportation and other services. The Health Care Center’s professional and skilled staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to enable resident to live in the most independent environment appropriate.
