Continuing Care at The Forum

The Forum’s continuing care feature also serves as a keystone of financial planning. Residents at The Forum have access to a Wellness Center and home care as well as assisted living and nursing care provided on-site in The Forum’s Health Care Center, when and if they need it.

The continuing care plan at The Forum covers up to 90 consecutive days of temporary care in the Health Care Center per illness at no additional charge except extra meals. The plan also provides for permanent care at a pre-established unit rate that is substantially below usual health care costs for the same services and meals. Continuing care at The Forum helps residents achieve peace of mind and plan for the future.
