Continuing Care at The Forum

The Forum’s continuing care feature also serves as a keystone of financial planning. Residents who live independently at The Forum have access to a Wellness Center and home care as well as assisted living and nursing care provided on-site in The Forum’s Health Care Center, when and if they need it. The continuing care plan at The Forum covers up to 90 days of temporary care in the Health Center per illness — at no additional cost. The plan also provides for unlimited permanent care at a set monthly fee that is substantially below regular health care costs for the same services. The reassuring feature of our program is that fees for long-term health care may be limited to a pre-established unit rate. Continuing care at The Forum not only provides peace of mind, but also allows you to plan for a secure future.
