Since The Forum is governed by the residents of the community instead of an outside board of directors, the Resident Board of Directors manages and controls the budget. The Resident Board hires a management company to provide day-to-day operation services and oversee its activities. The goal of the Board is to keep fees affordable for residents while providing an elegant and gracious lifestyle.
